1. Refund Policy
a. Digital Products (E-books, Courses, Software, etc.)
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed.
- If you experience technical issues accessing your purchased digital product, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
b. Live Training & Consultation Services
- Full Refunds: You may request a full refund at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
- Partial Refunds: If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled session, a 50% refund will be provided.
- No Refunds for No-Shows: If you miss your scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
c. Subscription-Based Services (If applicable)
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
- You will retain access to the service until the end of your subscription cycle.
d. Exceptional Cases
We understand that special circumstances may arise. If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to a specific issue, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will review your request.
2. Cancellation Policy
a. Digital Products
- Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, cancellations are not possible.
b. Live Training & Consultation Services
- You may cancel your booking at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
- If you cancel within 48 hours, a partial refund or rescheduling option may be available.
c. Subscription Services
- You may cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings or by contacting support.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued.
3. Exceptional Cases & Disputes
We understand that certain circumstances may warrant special consideration. If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to an issue with your purchase, please reach out to us within 7 days of purchase.
